The Stonehenge Sub-division Owners' Association is the "master association" that manages the pool, pickle ball/tennis courts, common areas and entrances for the entire Stonehenge subdivision. Stonehenge Phase 2 COA is one of many sub-associations within the larger Stonehenge master COA.
The COAs of Phases 1, 2, 3, 4 are the largest of these associations and represent most of the owners. There are also many smaller associations. Each of the associations manage their own properties and buildings and have their own sets of bylaws. Phase 2 is the largest, with 5 buildings on Newcastle Drive that are home to 40 owner-occupied units.
The board of the master association is made up of 9 members. Four of the members represent one of the 4 Phases. The other 5 members are elected at-large, which represent the smaller associations and their condo owners. Elections are held annually and 3-year cycle determines which at-large positions are up for election and which Phase members' terms on the board are complete. Visit the master association website.
Maybe. All the buildings in Phase 2 are located on Newcastle Drive in Sylvania, OH. All our addresses are odd numbered from 4001-4115. If your address is there, you're in Phase 2.
The COA fees are assessed monthly and cover the cost of operating our 5 building community - such as grounds keeping, snow removal, insurance and dues to the master association for the pool and larger community common area upkeep. Fees are based on the square footage of your individual unit. For large capital projects, annual assessments will be charged.
That depends...if the problem is outside (building exterior or building entrances, garages, grounds) or in a common area of your building, such as stairwells, hallways etc. call our property management company, Seaway Asset Management at (419) 537-1090.
BEFORE YOU CALL - remember that you are responsible for "walls in" problems within your condo, including your basement space and laundry facilities. However, you are also responsible for your condo's windows, sliders, and the door into your unit, as well as your balcony or patio.
No. We do not permit leasing or rental of any Phase 2 condo. Each condo must be owner-occupied.
