On the Current Owners Only tab There are certain items that are available only to owners - things like our COA bylaws, minutes of past board meetings, etc. We'll also publish the board's meeting schedule as well as news that owners like you need to know to stay active and up to date with your community.
To access condo owner items and information, you will need to create a login. Your login will be active once a member of our board verifies your identity as an owner. Since we are active, ordinary people just like you, please give us at least 24 hours. Thanks!

We are your friends and neighbors and we are here to serve all the members of our community. Get to know your board members. If you have questions, just ask. We are here to help. The board is made up of 7 members. Elections are held each year at the annual meeting and board members are elected to 3 year terms. Anyone can run for a seat on the board. The annual meeting is held in early November.
